*Land Package Details

Your Land Package Includes:

  • Lodging at the Copacabana Hotel in the Playa neighborhood of Havana
  • Double occupancy room (or upgrade to a single room for an additional fee)
  • Warm & welcoming staff
  • Airport transfers and ground transportation (tour bus)
  • Translation assistance as needed
  • Knowledgeable, experienced Cuban guides
  • 2 Meals included each day (plus a 3rd meal if listed as part of program)
  • Coordination of research program, travel and accommodations
  • Entrance fees to all scheduled workshops, site visits and events (except where noted as optional)
  • Please Note: Airfare costs include US taxes and Cuban medical insurance

Your Land Package does not include:

  • Cuban departure tax 25 CUC (approximately $30) paid in Havana
  • Social gatherings, nighttime events or other activities not included in the 8+ hour/day program
  • Additional meals or beverages outside of regular scheduled meals

Your Cuba Charter Airfare Package Includes:

      (or from another city for an additional charge)

The current U.S. restrictions on travel apply to all citizens and residents of the U.S. no matter from what country you travel to Cuba and no matter if you hold citizenship from another country as well. Only persons authorized by U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) may use the charter service between Miami or Los Angeles or New York to Havana.
